Pupkewitz Megatech Promotional Competitions

Terms & Conditions

These promotional competitions are organised and conducted by Pupkewitz Megatech (“the Promoter”). By participating in either competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Competition Period

  1. The competitions will run during the promotional period as advertised by Pupkewitz Megatech on its website, social media platforms, promotional flyers, and other marketing channels.
  2. Entries received after the published closing date and time will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

  1. Participation is open to all Namibian residents aged 18 years and older.
  2. Employees of Pupkewitz Megatech, Pupkewitz Holdings, their immediate family members, advertising agencies, suppliers, contractors, and any persons directly involved in the administration of these competitions are not eligible to participate.
  3. Participants may be required to provide proof of identity and any other information reasonably required by the Promoter to verify eligibility.

3. Website Trivia Competition

  1. Participants must correctly answer five (5) trivia questions published on the Pupkewitz Megatech website.
  2. Each participant is allowed a maximum of two (2) attempts to answer all five questions correctly; however, only one (1) entry will be included in the draw.
  3. Only participants who correctly answer all five (5) questions will qualify for the prize draw.
  4. All qualifying participants will be entered into a random draw.
  5. One (1) winner will be selected through a random draw conducted by the Promoter.
  6. The winner will receive one (1) Pupkewitz Megatech voucher valued at N$5,000.

4. Social Media Photo Competition

To enter the competition, participants must:

  1. Purchase any product featured in the applicable Winter Birthday Bash Promotion 2026 promotional flyer;
  2. Install or use the purchased product;
  3. Take a clear photograph of the installed or used product;
  4. Submit the photograph to the official Pupkewitz Megatech WhatsApp number as advertised.
  1. Participants may include a short review or testimonial regarding the product purchased or service received.
  2. By submitting a photograph, participants confirm that:
    1. They are the owner of the photograph;
    2. They have obtained permission from any identifiable persons appearing in the photograph;
    3. The photograph does not infringe any copyright, privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to publish, use, share, repost, and/or use for advertising purposes any photographs or images submitted by participants on Pupkewitz Megatech’s Facebook, Instagram, website, and any other official marketing platforms.
  4. The winner will be determined based on the highest number of valid likes and engagement received on the official competition post during the competition period.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all likes, reactions, followers, and engagement.
  6. Any participant found to have done any of the following will be immediately disqualified from the competition:
    1. Purchased likes, reactions, followers, shares, or engagement;
    2. Used automated systems, bots, click farms, or similar methods to gain an unfair advantage;
    3. Manipulated voting or engagement in any manner;
    4. Engaged in fraudulent or dishonest conduct.
  7. The Promoter’s determination regarding the validity of likes, engagement, and participant conduct shall be final and binding.
  8. One (1) winner will receive one (1) Pupkewitz Megatech voucher valued at N$5,000.

5. Photo and Content Requirements

Submitted photographs must:

  1. Relate directly to the purchased promotional product;
  2. Be appropriate for public viewing;
  3. Not contain offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, obscene, violent, or inappropriate content.

The Promoter reserves the right to reject, remove, or refuse to publish any submission that does not meet these requirements.

6. Prizes

  1. Each competition winner will receive a Pupkewitz Megatech voucher valued at N$5,000.
  2. Vouchers may be redeemed at any Pupkewitz Megatech branch within Namibia.
  3. Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
  4. Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers will not be replaced.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

7. Winner Notification

  1. Winners will be contacted using the contact information supplied during entry.
  2. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  3. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of item purchase before receiving their prize. Proof of identity must coincide with the name/details supplied upon entry.

8. Publicity and Marketing Consent

  1. By participating in these competitions, participants agree that Pupkewitz Megatech may use their name, submitted photographs, reviews, testimonials, competition entries, and images of prize handovers for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
  2. Winners may be requested to participate in publicity activities, including photographs, videos, interviews, social media content, website features, and promotional campaigns relating to the competition.
  3. Such publicity may be published on Pupkewitz Megatech’s website, social media platforms, digital channels, printed material, and other marketing media.

9. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

  1. Participants retain ownership of photographs submitted to the competition.
  2. By submitting content, participants grant Pupkewitz Megatech a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, display, and promote the submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.

10. Personal Information

  1. Personal information collected during the competitions will only be used for administering the competitions, communicating with participants, awarding prizes, and related marketing activities.
  2. Personal information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable Namibian laws and company policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any technical malfunction, network interruption, system failure, delayed entry, lost submission, communication failure, or any event beyond its reasonable control.
  2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense, or claim arising directly or indirectly from participation in the competitions or acceptance and use of any prize.

12. Right to Amend or Cancel

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel the competitions or any part thereof at any time should circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control.
  2. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published on the official Pupkewitz Megatech website.

13. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  1. Breaches these Terms and Conditions;
  2. Provides false or misleading information;
  3. Attempts to manipulate the competition process;
  4. Acts fraudulently or dishonestly;
  5. Engages in conduct that may damage the reputation of Pupkewitz Megatech or the competition.

14. General

  1. The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the competitions shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. Participation in either competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
