Over the years, I have come to realise that success is not achieved overnight. It is built through hard work, consistency, integrity, and a willingness to learn every single day.

Looking back on my journey with Pupkewitz Megatech, I can honestly say it has been a journey of growth, learning, and many valuable experiences. I am grateful for every opportunity I have been given to challenge myself, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of the company. Working alongside such dedicated colleagues has taught me the importance of teamwork, supporting one another, and always striving to do your best.

If I could share one piece of advice with someone starting their journey at Pupkewitz Megatech, it would be this: never be afraid to ask questions, be willing to learn, and always give your best in everything you do. Stay positive, take initiative, and embrace every opportunity that comes your way. The effort you put in today will shape the opportunities you receive tomorrow.

Justina Akawa– 10 Years

My journey with Pupkewitz Megatech started as a Cashier with enthusiasm and passion for what I do.

I have navigated various roles: Credit and Return Clerk, Accounting Salary Clerk, Creditors Clerk and my current position as Senior Creditors Clerk.

I am grateful to our leadership, especially the Finance Team. I have had wonderful leaders who believed in me, gave me opportunities to learn and grow, and colleagues who were willing to mentor me and share their expertise. Their openness has contributed greatly to what I have achieved in this company.

I might have so much more to say, but I would rather keep it short and save it for special individuals when the time is right.

To my fellow Team Megatech: Believe in yourself. Dedication, resilience and teamwork matter. Showing up every day, finding your purpose, and simply playing your part will eventually add up to your success and growth, while helping drive this company forward.

For anyone who thinks the journey is easy, it isn’t. The struggle is real. There are no easy days at Pupkewitz Megatech. You will make mistakes, face disappointments and experience setbacks. What matters is not dwelling on them, but learning from them, getting back up and continuing to move forward.

“Looking back on my journey with Megatech, I can honestly say that it has been a journey of growth, learning, challenges, and many valuable experiences. Every season has taught me something different and has helped shape me both professionally and personally.

One of the biggest lessons I have learned is that success is not achieved overnight. It takes consistency, patience, a willingness to learn and the ability to keep going even when things don’t always go according to plan. Working in Megatech, especially in renewable energy industry as Sales Consultant, has taught me the importance of understanding customers, building relationships, taking responsibility, and always looking for solutions.

There have been many moments where I had to step outside of my comfort zone, learn new things and deal with difficult situations. Those experiences have helped me become more confident and resilient. I have also learned that you don’t have to know everything what matters is being willing to ask questions, learn from others and improve every day.

The personal values that have shaped my journey are Integrity, Perseverance, Humility, Accountability and Respect. I believe that how you treat people and how you conduct yourself when nobody is watching is just as important as the results you achieve.

To someone just starting their journey at Megatech, my advice would be to learn as much as you can, don’t be afraid to make mistakes, take every opportunity to grow, and never underestimate the value of building good relationships with the people around you. Stay humble, work hard, and remain consistent. Your journey may not always happen at the pace you expect, but every experience is preparing you for the next level.

I am grateful for the people I have met, the lessons I have learned and the opportunities I have received during my time at Megatech.
